Are We Really Taking Ownership of Our Health?

First...You Must Believe in, and Help Yourself

Your body and every system in it is brilliant beyond anyone's imagination. No mere scientist is capable of making it work better.

My personal choice is to avoid vaccinations and pharmaceuticals if at all possible because I want my body working in top form at all times without drugs making things even more complicated and difficult.
I might get inflammation, diarrhea, pain, fever or any number of symptoms which I don't try to suppress. This is my intelligent body talking to me and fighting for it's survival.

It is now my brain's job to figure out what I mistakenly allowed into my body to create this situation. Was it vaccination 10 or 25 years ago? Was it environmental such as genetically modified food, irradiated food,
pesticides, or preservatives? Years of chemical cosmetics and body care? Too many x-rays? Microwaved meals? Petroleum products in, on, and around me? Chlorine &/or fluoride in the water, STRESS?

Make sure you feed your body the generous variety of organic and mostly raw vegetables and fruits it needs, as well as some quality organic oils and proteins. It's a good idea to always supplement with Omega 3 and especially Vitamin D (if you're not in the sun a given day).
If you want your body to win the battle, you've got to feed it the right fuel. It's as simple as that.

It's time to take back the responsibility for your own excellent body.

Have you looked into the risks of Vaccinations for your baby? Read and book-mark this site:

Ask your physician the questions and compare notes to make sure you're making the healthiest decision.
Make sure you discuss with others and research on your own.

We pick the cheapest or most popular food, drinks, cosmetics, medicines, and cleaners, and don't even check the ingredients to see what they could do to our babies.....
Decide now to initiate your own health...start investigating all the ingredients your family puts in and on their bodies.

As moms and dads, we can easily teach our children simple recipes to prepare organic, nutritious snacks for themselves and have fun doing it!
Why put out money for fast food that will eventually undermine the health of those we love?

Start making positive changes!
